Your VA is your to-go person, they are available on WhatsApp, e-mail or phone when needed.

How easy is to simply drop a WhatsApp voice message to your VA explaining what you need? How about getting them to transcribe your 10 min voice message into a document? Or how about sending a picture of some samples you need ordering?

WHY WHATSAPP?

Apart from the benefit of reaching your VA with a single touch, WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption ensures only you and the person you're communicating with can read what is sent, and nobody in between, not even WhatsApp. This is because your messages are secured with a lock, and only the recipient and you have the special key needed to unlock and read them. For added protection, every message you send has its own unique lock and key.

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

All staff members have signed a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement.


Passwords, Credit Card details and Confidential Information are securely shared with your VA through a phone call or an encrypted WhatsApp message (and deleted immediately after). If you rather, we may use a third party service to share these details. Information is safely stored in our robust database.

If service is ceased, all details will be deleted and a confirmation email will be sent to you after this is completed.

TIME TRACKING

Hours are tracked rigorously and frugally. Your VA will only count time against the hours that have been utilised specifically for Tasks or Projects. A time tracking software is used to make sure that not a minute is wasted. 

FILE SHARING

Files are securely shared through Google Drive or any other file sharing service of your convenience.

REPORTS

A weekly report is sent every Friday highlighting the number of used hours and minutes together with a full breakdown of completed tasks.
